At LAUKONIK, our jewellery is crafted and tested for everyday wear, designed to move with you through daily life. While our pieces are made for durability, all metals naturally oxidise over time and benefit from proper care to maintain their original finish.

Our jewellery is made from premium 18k gold plating over a stainless steel base, offering enhanced durability and water resistance. However, to ensure the longevity of your pieces, we recommend following the care guidelines below.

Cleaning

Gently polish your jewellery with a soft jewellery cloth to remove oils, residue, and everyday build-up. Each LAUKONIK order includes a complimentary cleaning cloth.

Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners that are not specifically designed for gold-plated jewellery. Regular polishing will help maintain the shine and finish of your pieces.

To Preserve Your Jewellery

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body sprays, cosmetics, lotions, and sunscreen, as these may affect the finish over time.

For best results, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping.

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from moisture and humidity. Bathrooms and other high-humidity environments are not recommended for storage.

Water Exposure

While LAUKONIK jewellery is designed to be water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorinated pools or saltwater to help preserve the finish over time.
